Do-It-Yourself Promotional Tools

Below are several resources available for you to promote your screenings when you Bring "A Friend Indeed" To Your City. The items below will soon include email, flyer, and poster templates, as well as articles and photos that may be used or customized for your specific screenings.

Please come back soon for a growing list of resources that will help you have a successful screening of "A Friend Indeed - The Bill Sackter Story".

Your Screening Information

As a first step when you are preparing to have a screening, please click here for the Screening Information Web Form and fill out all the information you have available at this time about your screening.

This form will be emailed to Lane Wyrick and will allow you to have your screening posted (upon approval) on the Upcoming Screening section of this website and have a Facebook Event created on the Official Facebook Fan Page. Submit early on in the process and resubmit when you have more detailed information so that all fans and visitors to BillSackter.com will know about your screening!

Customizable Flyers

The following items will be very helpful when you purchase your own "Screen It Yourself Package". The first file is an 8 1/2 x 11 Flyer, with customizable text. You will need Adobe Reader on your Windows or Mac computer (click here to get Adobe Reader if you don't have it yet).

Click on the image below, and it may open up automatically with Adobe Reader through your browser.

If it doesn't then on Windows, Right-click on the picture below and choose "Save to Desktop". Or Control-click on Macintosh and choose "Save Linked File To The Desktop". Then open your Adobe Reader program and select "Open" and choose the file on your desktop you downloaded.

In Adobe Reader, you will be able to edit the text that is highlighted and enter your own screening information. Then save the file and print out as many copies on regular letter paper as you need to help promote your screening. Use "Photo Paper" or other high quality paper for more impressive printing results.
